How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, shipping addresses) and data generated automatically when you use the platform (shipment data, API usage logs, payment transactions).
We use your data to process shipments, generate labels, process payments, provide customer support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) as necessary to fulfil shipments, and with blockchain networks for payment processing. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We retain shipment records for 5 years as required by customs regulations. Account data is retained while your account is active, or for 2 years after a deletion request.

We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. API requests are signed with HMAC-SHA256.
